Ryan started his career as a developer in interactive advertising and worked as a designer and programmer for several dot-com companies during the internet boom of the 1990’s.  In 2002 Ryan started RMitchellMedia in upstate New York. Ryan offers his clients a unique mix of strong programming skills and savvy graphic design. Some of his recognizable clients include; Cornell University, Syracuse University, ADT Security, and Bausch & Lomb.  Ryan moved his business to Golden, CO in July of 2008 and joined forces with Carter at Rowley Design Group

Ryan is a graduate of Full Sail Center for the Arts. He is an 12 year member of the Association of Computing Machinery, and a member of ACM's special interest group for Computer Graphics and Interactive Techniques, SIGGRAPH. In 2009 Ryan had the honor of joining the World Wide Web Consortium HTML Working Group as an invited expert.
